USAG Competitive Teams
Lakettes Gymnastics, offers competitive teams for girls ages 5 and up. Levels start at USAG XCel Bronze through XCel Platinum.
Teams continue to progress up to Level 4-10.
Level - Xcel Program
Practices 2 to 4 days a week for 2.5-4 hours each practice. They participate in approximately 5-8 competitions in the tri-state area per year from November through April/May.

Level 6-10 Girls Team
Practice 6 days a week for 17 hours a week. They participate in approximately 7-10 competitions in the tri-state area per year from November through May.
